242 Dash Light Problem 200

My '83 242 DL has developed a strange problem with the dash lights. The fuse that protects this circuit blows when the lights are on but only after I hit a bump.

I have replaced the fuse twice with similar results.

Has anyone else experienced a problem like this? Any ideas to locate the problem?
