If you have found urethane mounts that will fit could you give me the name of the supplier and part #.

The problem with the 164 mounts others suggest is that they raise the engine
in the car, which raises the cars center of gravitly etc. Stiffer shorter mounts would be preferable.

As to being too harsh it depends on the hardness of the polyurethane. It comes in a wide hardness range. Any used as motor mounts in other cars should be OK. Stock
Volvo mounts are generally too soft.
