Fuel injection conversion LH 1.0 to LH 2.0 or...?

I notice that the only difference between the ignition computer for the 1.0 and the 2.0, is that 2.0 has a connector for a knock sensor. 1.0 doesnt.
How do I deal with that issue. Do I really need to change the ignition computer?
Do I need a knock sensor?

Anything, that you can think of, quirky about this conversion, or is it fairly straight foward.

If I do it, what about getting everything at the pick and pull? shouldnt be that expensive? couple hundred?
