Urgh. Yeah, that's bad. I didn't have much hope in it surviving intact. They rarely do.
Most likely #1 and 3 have bent intake valves. The others were probably missed.
All of the ones I've seen rebuilt did NOT need piston work. I know there's no way to guarantee that. You might be able to get lucky and replace just a couple of intakes, and put it back together. It's work for a machine shop either way- if hte head comes off it needs to be planed before it's put back on.
Fortunately it ought to be straight, since it wasn't overheated.
You just need to get the prices together, and decide whether its worth it, or just another pretty parts car.
