Hello Again, Chris here from IPD. First off Harald, there was no harm done by posting the original message, we did not take that offensive what so ever. My message was just to inform the process of the bar and how there is a huge amount of quality behind making that particular bar. I agree, it does not look as cool as the rear bar, but that is the way it comes out. We here at ipd will always stand behind our customers and do whatever we can to make you feel comfortable about the parts you are purchasing.
One last tid bit before I jump off... I would hope that anyone never feels like they can't call us at ipd for help anytime. If there is any a time that you feel that you did not get a sufficient answer, or would like to understand something specific in greater depth, please ask us... The last thing we want is for customers to be afraid to ask us questions about their vehicles. We at ipd are enthusiast like you! We might not always have the answer, but I guarantee we are willing to learn with you and find the answer to help assist you. It is amazing how much I have learned from customers on the phone about these cars, I do not always have all the answers, but that is what makes this job fun, working with you guys to figure it out! Customers are the ones that keep us on our toes, effective critisism is fantastic,,, makes better parts and better employees, so please, call us anytime and we will do whatever we can.
