a few problems with my 245 200 1991

Not suprised if the horn itself is dead. Disconnect it and when the button is pressed, check if you have 12V at the leads. A new Fiamm "Highway Blaster" is about $12.

As for the brake light ... instead of turning the bulb holder 100% in, turn it in about 95%. The contacts looked good on mine's too, but if I screw the holder all the way in, it doesn't want to work half the time.
