How to get brighter headlights? 700 1986

hey all,


the lights on my 740 GL are good now since I pulled them apart and washed all
the dirt out of them, (you do this by taking the clips off from around the lens and take the back off and lightbulb out, then using moderate water pressure from the hose, spray those buggers clean!)then dry them up using paper towel. In addition to this I am using bulbs from NARVA (dont know if you have this brand in the states or malaysia)called "ARCTIC BLUE". these bulbs make a white light.

If you cant get hold of this type of bulb, give your headlights a clean, you'll be amazed how much difference it makes. And then try for the bulbs later.
