Well, it a word it could be condensed to this: wife. Addendum to reason #1: 3 kids under 4yrs.

If it was me, I'd roll down the windows.

And yes, you are correct, here in Vancouver (B.C.) there MAY be a few weeks of the year where it can get hot (90s) but we don't have the insipid humidity either.
