Engine rebuild 700 1990

got a 1990 745 16v gle belt broke busted valves thus just got done rebuilding the head. about to bolt things back on what are the torque specs on the cylinder head? does the cam carrier need to be torqued? the torque specs for the head are different on the board compared to the book and the instructions. the instructions dont have the b234f engine the closest was the b204f. do i need special tools to put on the cams? when i took it out i just equally unbolted each of the bolts holding the cam.
