The bolts in question are high strength allen head 7/16"-14 UNC bolts with
a 1 1/4" length. They are normally installed with internal teeth lockwashers.
I use a 3/4" piece of 3/8" allen wrench and a high-strength 3/8" socket on
an extension to get the required flexibility to install them.
