You might have the disk in backwards. 140-160

I've seen a retainer on the clutch cable behind the ballend of the cable at the back of the clutch fork. If this is missing it causes the cable to be too long so that it can't be adjusted enough. If your cable adjustment is at the end of it's travel it can't pull the fork enough to disengage the clutch. Good luck.
