Hi John,

Interesting. Maybe I'll try that. I think as a last resort though. I think I'll spend early next week determining if the heater core is the problem. If it is, I'll probably just start disassembly and replacement. Poor Volvo. I can only pray that this doesn't happen to my 745 NA! Maybe it already has.....I bought it with 352K km....
