Heater core failure? 700 1991

Hi John,

Replacing the heater core in your '94 940 should be exactly the same as replacing the heater core in a '91 or '92 740 as the dash design is pretty much identicle.

Check the FAQ section about heater core failures, but from my understanding it can be pretty catistrophic (coolant all over the floor and possible engine overheat). Be careful. You should probably determine if this is actually the problem and if it is you should replace sooner rather then later. Sounds like you're in the same boat as me (crappy).
