Another way is to upload your image to the Brickboard Gallery, copy the info in the HTML box next to your image and paste it to your post.

For instance, I want to post this pic of my brothers old 122. I find the pic in the gallery and copy this (without the spaces) < img src='/IMAGELIB/images/1297.jpg'/ > and paste it below:
