Pulsed secondary air injection system = air pump system malfunction. The valve, the air pump, the air pump relay, or a vacuum line has failed you. No, it's not a truly big deal, though it will mess with your fuel system a little, and over a longer period of time, will take out your 02 sensor. The air pump basically makes your car a green car by adding air into the exhaust. Therefore your car is emitting carbon dioxide rather than carbon monoxide. First thing in the AM, about 3 seconds after starting the car, do you hear a humm from the right side of the engine compartment? If so, the air pump itself is probably fine. I recall diagnosing one car that had those other codes and can't remember what exactly they meant, but I do know that replacing the EGR valve fixed that one.
