Quick trick to look for a dead or misfiring cylinder....

Tomorrow morning, when the engine's cold, start it and let it idle roughly for a minute. Then shut it down and feel each of the four exhaust headers.

The best running cylinder will be hottest, the worst running cylinder will be coolest.
