If you yank the front struts at a later data, then yes, technically you will have to realign the front end. However, I suppose if you are very careful and scribe the top two bolt holes of the strut mounts, then you can replace and reinstall them without much change in the alignment.

However, if you're going to redo the front susp, why not just do the struts at the same time??
