NO START 700 1988

Sounds like maybe the fuel and spark aren't there at the same time. Check for a broken or stripped timing belt by watching the camshaft thru the oil fill hole while someone cranks it over.

Even if it turns, I'd make sure it's at 0° TDC for #1 piston at the same time the crankshaft is, using the reference marks provided.
