Wiper problem... 200

I can't guess whether you'll have any return of the rust problem, though cowl and lower a-pillar rust does seem to be an issue with some 240s.
The really common problem however, is that the wiper arms can back off the wiper shafts. Flip up the covers and tighten the shaft nuts with a 13mm wrench. This applies to all 240s, 7's, 8's , and 9's as well.
If a wiper arm is in the wrong place, too high or too low, the arm can be loosened, moved to the right parking location and then tightened down.

Good luck with it.
