83 245 missing under load 200

I threw the Chrysler ignition in as a possibility thinking that someone else with the experience could confirm or deny this. (I'm still with the points system (carburetted engine)). My impression is that Porkface is an experienced mechanic so consider his post first.

I think that a similar problem will occur if there's failure in vacuum advance so check vacuum hose to distributor (if you have one). Perhaps you can try reposting the question.
