Timing belt replacement questions

hi there, if this is your first turbo or k-jet, i suggest you purchase at least the bentleys manual. this vehicle is a different creature compared to most. sounds like if the motor turns over and rotor doesnt move the belt must be broke (hopefully thats all). my 85 turbo uses the green relay, and i have removed the green relays from 81 to 85 turbos at the boneyard. i dont understand how one could cross diagnose a timing belt and a fuel pump. check the belt first. good luck
