Oxygen Sensor question 200 1984

I dunno, Bob, but this car is most definitely an 84 and it is most defeintely equipped with a 3 wire 02 sensor and a corresponding 3 wire harness to go with it. I agree that the diagrams do not show it, which makes it all the more odd.
What would the result be in terms of performance if the car is designed to have a heated 02 but in fact no heat is provided? That is, what will happen if I do not rectify the lack of power to the 02 sensor?
