What causes both my bricks to pull to the right? 200

222,000 miles - hard miles - I discovered after I bought it that it had been hit on both ends and not repaired very well. It also used to have a trailer hitch on it.

I think I'm gonna pull the trigger on a rebuilt Groton rack this morning. As noted, it would be sad to replace the tie rod ends and boots (which I know I need to do) and then discover the rack is bad.

Any tips on installing and bleeding the air out of a new rack? I've never done one.
