I have had a number of cars with coolant leaks into the oil, and none of them have shown "dirty" coolant. As the previous responders though, I believe you have a thermostat that is stuck open... this prevents the oil temp from getting high enough to boil atmospheric moisture out of the oil. In regards to Techron... good stuff, just do it right before your oil change. The blowby it creates is acidic and can attack parts of the engine.
