Sudden rough running 700 1986

One quick and easy check is for the AMM. Just unplug it and try to start the car. If it starts right up, that's your problem. When mine went on me, you could only keep the car running with your gas pedal about half way or more depressed. Even then it felt like it was running on 2 cylinders. Unplugged the AMM and idled smooth again.
