V70 700

Hi,

While the V70s can be desent cars (a friend has a '98 V70 with 260K km), I would recommend getting another RWD. If you like the RWDs, I'd stick to them as long as you can. I wouldn't move into the FWDs until you have to. I have heard the S/V40s are pretty relaible though. How has your daughter's S40 been? Have you considered a 960/S/V90? It's what I'd get, unless you find a mint '93+ 940. I'd be very surprised if that V70 made it to 340K mi without major problems............But hey, I've seen a '96 855T running well with close to 400K km (250K mi) on it.......I'm sorry to hear about your 740. At least it lived a long life!
