You'll need to take the manifold off, drill out the stud, and re-thread for a new stud. If you have a drill press and a good set of taps it shouldn't be too difficult. Most small shops can handle this for a reasonable price. If they quote you something crazy or say its going to be a pain, take it somewhere else. I did one for a friend awhile back in around 30 minutes.
