The Volvo Rally Grill kits were available from Volvo Competition service.
I have an early Volvo Competition catalog and will give you the part numbers of the four different combinations.

1 P/N 551912-8 Rally Grille Fog Light kit. ⏏-70]

2 P/N 551913-6 Rally Grille Spot Light kit. ⏏-70]

3 P/N 552914-4 Rally Grille Fog Light kit. ⏓-72]

4 P/N 551915-1 Rally Grille Spot Light kit. ⏓-72

You could try calling Volvo dealers and see if they still have any of these part numbers in stock. Highly unlikely , but you never know, you might luck out and find one. I belive the lights were all sourced from Hella.
