It is best if they balance the flywheel and clutch separately, but not all shops do that, unfortunately (the place I'm using now does do them separately). No big deal, though -- I figure that by the time you need a new cover, you'll need to have the flywheel surfaced and rebalanced anyway.

What isn't pinned? You don't have dowels to locate the cover? You oughtta...
