The first car I ever owned was a '67 wagon with a B18 that had been bored to B20 specifications... It worked fine (ran fantastically actually), but I was under the impression that it rendered that motor as junk after it wore out... As I recall, I was also told to never ever let that overbored engine overheat..
Were I you, I'd go with the others and build a B20. But there really ain't anything wrong with leaving a B18 as a B18 too...
