Rust under passenger side headlight 1800

I just spoke with Don Thibault about a week ago. He can get replacement panels for around headlights and signal lights. They are in two pieces:outside or inside, each piece goes to the vertical weld. They are not cheap though @$225 each.

I'm currently looking at the same repair. Both my 1970 and my 1967 need the passenger side. I have only one good donor car.
