So, I'm in damage control mode. 140-160

So if I lift the engine up a bit, pull the pan, clean up the oil pump screen and of bits of timing gear and change the gears.. I should be able to get this car running sometime soon (which I really need it to do).. Has anyone done this? I'm hoping that there arn't pieces of timing gear all over the engine.
