IPD 2.2L Piston size 140-160

The M rods are no better than the B21 or late B20 rods, they are all heavier than the early B20 rods & are weaker due to the stupid rod bolts that they used in them.

Best way to go is .040" Mahle or ACL pistons & a standard head gasket. If you must have a big bore, I use 186 Holden Duralites myself. There is no advantage to a big bore engine for the average user.
