Shorted wiring 700

on mine there is a small wire other then the normall ground and positive that wraps it way through the wire harness up through the main on the drivers fender side, this is where i found the short, maybe it fell off the starter all together, without this wire though turning to 3 did nothing!. i think it was blue yellow but done quote me on that. as for where it runs after it enters the firewall i cannot remember the paths
