Don't know about the dimnsions but it sounds nice.

I'd look at the Buick 3.8, the 2.8 was weak as previously mentioned.
Hey, I put a V8 in my Chevy Vega back in 1980 and currently have a Chevy Driveline in my Jeep. So do as you wish and enjoy the accomplishment and the uniqueness of it
