Both the seats and the rails are too wide to fit easily into your 122.
They look similar and are similar in design but it is sorta like bolting
a 6 cylinder tranny to a 4 cylinder engine - it is about an inch bigger even
though it LOOKS the same. Even if you adapt the rails, the seats will be VERY
tight in a 122.

You can adapt 122 seats to work in a 140/164 though. I did that while having
164 seats redone. PLENTY of room!
