My hood 700

My Volvo is having a tough week, first the wiring harness meltdown. Then I was driving down the interstate about 60 miles an hour. I saw a gold blur, heard stuff hitting under the car and boom, my hood was up. The struts were shattered, the hood made a lovely right angle with the engine compartment and I could see the cooling fan. I found a little black plastic here and there and the grill was recovered with a few scratches and one slight crack. But there is no place to re-attatch it.

What is this going to take to repair? There does not appear to be any damage to the hood.

I've already been asked the same question everytime I tell about this and yes the hood was latched down firmly before this took place. But I can assure you it scared the you-know-what out of me.
