There is excellent information in the 700/900 FAQ on this. You should clean the throttle body, and follow the instructions.

It involves closing the Idle Air Controller and adjusting the idle speed to 725 +/- 25 RPM with the knob on the underside of the throttle body. The idle mixture should also be adjusted.
