All I could get was 700 microns when I evacuated it, I let it run for about 3 hours. I replaced every o'ring in the system as well. I should have been able to get below 200 microns if it was tight. But it doesn't appear to have lost any charge. That's why I'm leaning to the hi pressure switch as the next candidate, I think it's shuuting down the compressor at high ambient temperatures. When the compressor cools slightly the switch closes and resumes cooling though poorly. I don't have the green book on this system but I might have to spring for the information to get this resolved.
