I've broken the newer ones that are stuck in with the round sticky black stuff.
On the 122 I have pushed them out without cutting the gasket. I used a few
"shoehorn" pieces of metal to get the lip of the gasket started after running
a screwdriver all the way around it on the inside. Just needed to have somebody
catch the glass when I pushed it out.
