5spd + o/d 1800

At present the 1800 has an auto gear box with the 4.2(?) diff and it is doing about 4000 revs at 60mph.

Pain in the butt!

So I am looking to find a relatively inexpensive gearbox to put into my car - they seem very expensive to buy reconditioned here.
