I saw on one of those "Wildest Police Video" shows a Mexican Border Patrol stop where the runner had 10 people in an 80's Escort GT. It was real funny. It looked like a circus clown car. After the cop got the 6 people out of the car, he did a search looking for guns or drugs and found 4 more people hiding under the luggage cover in the hatchback.

Growing up my Mom used to put 7 people in a sqaureback to go to the pool-club.

I had 7 adults in my Volvo 240.

I also had 6 big bad bikers in a VW Bug (that was cramped !!

But 13 - that is too much.
