Electrical problem

I'm having some electrical problems,some times my audio systems comes on and off at will,air conditioner and heater works but fan comes on and off at will.Right now fan wont come on.Some times dash lights come and go,right now they are on.Can any one "please"tell me how to take care of this problem with-out going to the volvo dealer.It's a 1995 volvo 850 TB.

I would check to see if your regulator or generator are doing what they suposed to do. + 12 volts with your acessories on. Its a common symtom, your computer steal the power to keep the engine running
