Found: a yellow S60

I guess I live in an interesting part of the country. I stopped to refuel my 1995 855T and saw a bright yellow S60, a really nice color! Then this lady comes out of the convenience store and pops the trunk.

I told her that I liked the color and stated that it must be very rare. She looked at my black wagon, smiled, and said it is the same color as her prior 1995 T5R was. Her nephew works at Borton Volvo and she told him she wanted to replace the T5R with another Volvo, but it had to be yellow!

We all know that that color no longer exists. Her nephew found a brand new white S60, used the T5R color code, and had the S60 painted in Detroit and delivered to Minneapolis. She fell in love with it at first sight and has been driving it for the last 8 years.

Makes me wish I had the money to acid dip my entire 855T and paint it yellow!!

Stunning! Painting a car is one of the biggest, most expensive jobs one can have done.

There was a yellow and black V40 near me in No. New Jersey. I saw it regularly for ~2 years. Then it was gone.
