HELP! Brake 'emergency' light on V70-XC70 2007

Check your owners manual. You may be able to access one on line if you do not have one. If ypo bought the car used, the seller may have discarded the manual so that you cannot tell is some things are not working.

One of out 740s would throw a antilock brakes light when we went over a certain type of bump - all we lost was antilock brakes - It corrected itself the next time we start it.

Unfortunately, many people know nothing about cars and manufacturers no longer tell you what is happening - like no temperature gauge!

Take your car to a dealer, or buy a lot more insurance!
