Warning light not showned in user manual V70-XC70 1999

A warning light with a green triangle and a "lambda" or upside down Y written in black appears as Check engine item 21 in owner's manual.Would anyone know what is the meaning of the green triangle with upside down Y?

    O2 sensor - my Lambda Sond indicator came on @ 2 months ago. I ran the diagnostic, reset, and it hasn't came back on since. When it does, I'll
    probably invest in a new sensor - until then...

    The Lambda indicator is the same as our Check engine light. Lambda refers to the pollution control systems.

        Thanks MadeInJapan for bulleyes tip as indeed it was due to the O2 sensor. I did more search and found out this triangle icon with Lambda refers to the "catalytic converter with lambda sond", makes sense now, as Klaus (Thanks) points out.
        Due to a recent fuel price increase (Hurr.Katarina) to >$5 us gallon, I used regular unleaded instead of supreme in my V70 and the deposits caused the 02 sensor to trip the warning light. A nearby volvo shop kindly cleared the alarm for me and I learned that saving on gas might not be wise afterall. Thanks to both of you for your help.

    Usually oxygen sensor issue with that light, I believe.
