Thanks for the reply. They did already replace all six spark plugs in the car. I spoke to them today and they told me they might need to send it to a local dealer that only specializes in volvo, hopefully at no cost to me because its still under warranty. Thanks for your reply. They can't get me in until the 25th so I guess I will wait till then. Hopefully I will find out tomorrow if they will send it to the volvo dealer. Thanks again.

    Even my local dealer has a 2 week wait for service. Must be that time of year. I doubted that it would be your plugs, but it could be a plug wire. The Volvo scanner will pinpoint it very easily.

          There are no plug wires.

            Tex,
            There are coils over each plug, but I wonder where the coils get the required electricity and the correct impluses. The coil moved, not the wires which have been known to rub and get chaffed and short out against the block.
            I guess you need to go back to her original post and find her plea for help.
