Thanks for the reply. They did already replace all six spark plugs in the car. I spoke to them today and they told me they might need to send it to a local dealer that only specializes in volvo, hopefully at no cost to me because its still under warranty. Thanks for your reply. They can't get me in until the 25th so I guess I will wait till then. Hopefully I will find out tomorrow if they will send it to the volvo dealer. Thanks again.
