Buy time on a hydraulic lift. I replaced mine using 2 floor jacks, raised up all of the way! I still needed 1 more inch of ground clearance.
When replacing the clamp, have someone put pressure on the rear end of the tailpipe to get the new pipe seated at the clamp.
You will break off the bolts when taking off the old ones at the clamp, be prepared.
The hanger at the rear... inspect it and compare the new and the old piece of metal. Volvo up graded, changed the hanger, in newer models. You may need to buy a new hanger holder that bolts onto the car.
