o2 sensor replacement V70-XC70 2001

According to my dealer's service notes i "may" need a front (before catalyst) o2 sensor.

The one I see for sale is Bosch OEM for about $205. Is this a good deal? Are these easy to install?

Thanks

OR, you may just need a new vacuum hose or a new vacuum elbow. Always check the cheaper items first, a vacuum leak will make it hard to start.
The O2 sensor should not fail so soon.

Oh, I should have added that the vehicle is having starting difficulty. It has brand new MAF, throttle recalls, throttle software, plugs. 2001 XC 109k miles.
